Oh, wow... this is powerful...! *_* Sanji's smoking habit as a way of combating the effects of his starvation, and what alhoachips said... Stroke of brilliance, there! This is such a true reason - a subtle, unconsious reason - on top of the canon/what-Sanji-tells-himself reason as to why he started smoking. Beautifully done!
