I have to say, The Sound of Other People tempted me sorely with its melancholy and I think very IC picture of Luffy's need for companionship. But then there was Courage in the Air by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
penniless1, and Usopp-centric ficlets showing his character growth and attachment to Luffy are always all right in my book! ;) And slowsunrise offered up the heart-breaking Ace piece The Last Connection.
So there was much pondering. Hmmm.
All right, in the end I'm going with The Last Connection.
