!mod post - Updates, Tags, and more, oh my

Holy crap, guys.

I won't make excuses for a literal year's worth of negligence, but, at long last, I have

completely updated the Previous Prompts & Winners List!!

You can now reliably tell whether or not you're in danger of repeating a prompt and/or have been induced in our mini wall-of-fame! Yessss.

Other issues at hand:
1) I've added a few character tags where some entries noted they were missing (i.e. Law, Kidd, Clover, Caimie). I'm planning to comb through the archives later to make sure things are properly tagged. Please comment if you know of any in particular that are missing. NOTE: please use the "character: roronoa zoro" and not "character: zoro" tag, as I'm in the process of retagging the ones under just "zoro" and deleting the tag. Thanks!
2) I also plan to add a "weekly winner" tag to such entries.
3) I'd like to index the posts according to prompt and was wondering which way people would prefer them maintained: either by tags (i.e. "prompt: skill") or included in the list of previous prompts/winners (where we would list all of the entries for that particular prompt, with the winners highlighted/color coded/otherwise distinguished). Thoughts? Tagging will definitely be simpler than making a table, but I'm up for either option, depending on what people would prefer.
4) Given the new additions to the Strawhats and general ~*NEW AGE*~ of the One Piece world, it's probably time for a layout makeover! If anyone has such skills to volunteer, please do! I'll try my best at some new graphics and what not, but there are definitely people out there considerably more talented than me, lol. I frankly do not know how active in general the One Piece community is on lj, but I think it'd be cool to revamp, pimp out, and try to attract more fans into contributing!
5) Any other suggestions for comm maintenance/problems you've noticed, don't hesitate to speak up.
