Winner!

It was really hard for me to pick a winner. Both short stories were excellent, really. I am a big BIG fan of vignettes, little moments of time captured in print, and night_mare_chan did it so hauntingly well with her "Horrors". At the same time, jadekitty777 told a sweet little story in "Firecracker Rumors" about bitty Zoro that was endearingly IC and I do love a good narrative. I think I will have to go with "Horrors" as the winner, as it produced a bit more of an emotional response, and the two were evenly matched in other areas.

So congrats night_mare_chan! The reigns are yours!
