Note: Okay, took me a bit to get back into writing and this is what came out of it. it's lame but I guess I like it enough to post it on here.

This had been his choice.

The burning pain of the sword penetrating his chest.

Hurry, and get out of here you fools.

Right choices didn’t stop tears from falling down.

The blood gushing from his wound warmed his skin.

It was quite. All was silent.

The deafening silence, this was death.

They had made the wrong choice by coming.

He was making the right choice by taking away that for which they had come.

Hurry up you fools, and leave while you can.

And while he had said that he’d either accept the hand reaching out to him, or the sword that would swung down. He knew that the latter was the most likely one to safe the people he cared for.

And when all attention was diverted to his little brother. It was his time to move.

He launched himself towards the guard, he knew the guard would strike him down.

It had hurt more than he had thought.

The moment the sword penetrated his skin, he smiled.

Looking up, the look of disbelief on Marco’s face, circling above him was clear.

And Marco saw the words Ace mouthed, it didn’t stop his grief.

“This was my choice. “

so yeah. The warning that I had to get back into writing seems on it's place. XD
