White.

White everywhere.  

It was starting to make him sick.

“Where are they?” Usopp said with a hint of worry in his voice as he stared out the cabin window into the night, the blizzard managing to paint every inch of outside white. 

“It must been almost midnight,” Chopper spoke up quietly from his spot next to the Usopp. The fire behind them crackled and popped as the flames licked the logs that had just been thrown on them. “It reminds me of Drum.”

“On a good or bad day?” Usopp joked causing a small smile to creep up on Chopper’s face. Usopp smiled in return before looking back at the rest of the crew who were hunkered down in the small cabin that an elderly couple had graciously welcomed them in. Nami and Robin were asleep in front of the fire, while Franky was in the next room repairing small drafts and the broken stove that had been discovered upon their arrival as it was the least he could do to the people who took them in. Brook sat in a chair in the corner and Usopp still wasn’t sure if the skeleton was awake or asleep, if possible. And Luffy, Usopp thought looking over to the other window, continued to stare out the window with his head resting on folded arms.

“You think they’re okay?” Chopper asked out loud not fully expecting an answer.

“It’s Zoro and Sanji. I’m sure they sheltered down for the night. If not, I’m sure they’re fighting over who can will the snow away,” Nami replied now awake, her voice still heavily laced with sleep. Luffy made an agreeing sound, but continued to stare out. Sighing, Usopp turned back to search the cold winter night.

Nothing, but white and two unaccounted for idiots.
