I'm very glad to see some additional entries on this topic. Everyones offerings were much enjoyed - from the wonderfully abrupt ending to Lucci's line of thought in night_mare_chan's 'This is the End', to Kokoro's somewhat bitter reflection on how two similar people were treated differently by the same community in serrende's 'If Only', to the internal workings of the (busy) brain of one Professor-cum-father figure in thewordweaves' 'Father'.
