He'd made a wild bet, had kept his arm and won the cursed blade, exulting in the serene chance of that moment as the sword spun in the air above him. What happens, happens. He'd felt the will in that steel speaking out to him, understanding him.

Wado was his main strength and focus, always. This blade spoke of chaos, wildness, pride... and exhilarating danger. No longer his own man, charged with protecting his captain and crewmates, Zoro needed that edge. He'd rein in its dark, destructive spirit, rejoicing in the sweet temptation of freedom, the pleasant strength of control.

At first I thought maybe your cut text was talking about yourself and I was all NOOO darling you're totally special! *hug!*

But I think it was actually Zoro speaking xDDD Aaah this scene. You know I totally didn't notice how awesome this moment was (even though I've seen that episode at least twice through) until I saw a video and it was titled like Zoro Vs. Sword so I was all what? And watched it and it was this and I realized.... Zoro is such a badass xDDD I apparently need to pay more attention to him lol.

I love the interpretation to that scene and this prompt though! It's sort of chilling but in a good way! Lol, I love how you write Zoro so reckless here too.

Heh, no, the cut text like the title were both just quotes from Zoro of that scene - typical Zoro-ish attitude, too. ^_^ Anyway, I know sticking to just 100 words isn't my strong side, but I still wanted to try it again.

That scene made its impact on me right away, though I still had to go back and re-read the manga just to make sure I hadn't mixed up anything! It can happen so easily...

Oh wow, they are LOL. *reaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly needs to spend more time paying attention to Zoro* Nice references then xD I'm always a sucker for canon quotes (even if you know I suck at recognizing them)
And wow you really like a challenge xD I can hardly handle not going over 300! If I limited myself to 100 I'd probably die lol

Oh yeah, I know how that goes. I just love having to go running through the OPwiki or pulling up episodes or something just to make sure I know what I'm talking about lol
